Royal Dragonfly welcomes you to join our Christmas Event this holiday season. The Christmas Parade will be held at the grounds of our newly built stable. This event is Nordanners only – but you are free to lease one of ours in order to enter the parade.


The Christmas Parade is a fun, light hearted event that invites you to show off your most beautiful Nordanners and best holiday getups.


x Entries should be fullbody with background.
x You may not use premade linearts of any kind. All art must be new and made with this event in mind
x Parade is held outside on the grounds. The parade route is decorated in spirit of the season (map to be added)
x The weather is cool but sunny with light snowfall. The ground is covered in frost and a thin layer of snow
x You may enter the parade with horses of any age and skill level, as long as they can be handled safely
x The horse may be shown in any manner desired, be it halter, under the saddle etc. Entries should carry a Christmas theme
x Nordanners only
x Potions allowed
x Each horse may only enter once

x Preregistration recommended but not mandatory.
x Only one entry per canvas – however, multiple horses may be included in one entry.
x The host may enter
x Deadline 30.12.2012 -> extended, new deadline 30.1.2013

Entries will be judged by effort, and rewards will be given to following titles. Best in show is a honorable title, other titles are comparable to a 1st place in a traditional show; runner-ups will be chosen for each class as well, being in par with 2nd place and Reserve Champion, respectively.
Best in Show – the most beautiful entry in general. Will be considered the overall winner and an honorable title.
Best Team – this award is given to the overall best team – most well put together, dressed and represented
Best Invidual – this award is given to the overall best horse and handler/rider pair – most gracious, best dressed andshowcasing a good relation between the horse and its human
Best Costume – awarded to the best costume in the show
The Spirit of Christmas – awarded to the entry with the most Christmas spirit and the best atmosphere



All entrants will receive a participation ribbon

Runners up for each award will get an animated headshot of the winning horse with it's ribbon (should the entry include more horses than one, owner may pick which one she wants featured)

The winner of each award will get an animated fullbody image with background of the winning horse with it's ribbon (should the entry include more horses than one, owner may pick which one she wants featured)

The Reserve Champion will receive a breeding to Kawena 2248 AND an animated headshot of the winning horse with it's ribbon (should the entry include more horses than one, owner may pick which one she wants featured). Kawena may not be used to produce a PwlPwl foal.

The Best in Show will receive a breeding to a mystery horse (dominant rare mutation) AND an animated headshot of the winning horse with it's ribbon (should the entry include more horses than one, owner may pick which one she wants featured)


Note that the breedings may not be traded to third parties and if the foals are sold, they should be returned to us. All our standard breeding rules apply.
